Gooey Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are THE BEST chocolate chip cookies you will ever eat. I make them for every event, party and movie night. They are always amazing and a crowd pleasure. No eggs, no dairy, no gluten, a guilt free treat for you and your family. I hope you enjoy! This makes around 12 cookies, if you can resist eating the batter. ;)

RECIPE:

What you will need:

6 T melted Coconut Oil

2 T Almond Milk

2 tsp  Vanilla Extract

1/4 Cup honey (sometimes I add more at the end if it’s not holding together right)

2 Cups Almond Flour

1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

I use lily’s chocolate chips but you can use whichever ones you like! I don’t measure this

Salt to taste

Bake on 350F for 10-12 minutes

Put dry ingredients in a bowl first then add in your wet ingredients. When rolling the ball place them onto the baking sheet and flatten them out a little bit, this will help with the formation of the cookie. They will be very ooey gooey when you first take them out so let them cool before serving. I hope you love these as much as I do.
