03 — Private Consultations

If you are just looking for tips or you have questions that you can't seem to find answers to, a 90 minute private consultation might be something you are looking for. No long term commitment, just a phone or zoom call to answer any questions you have and help create a clear path for your health goals.

04 — Kitchen Clean Out

Over Zoom or in person, I can help you with identifying and removing unhealthy, processed foods while emphasizing the importance of whole, nutritious ingredients. I can also offer practical tips on organizing the kitchen for easier meal preparation and help you develop a grocery list that aligns with your health goals, fostering a supportive environment for healthier eating habits.
