Sunflower Seed Dressing

One of my favorite dressings is this green sesame seed dressing, which is not only tasty but also packed with nutrients. This dressing is versatile and can be used to top salads, bowls, roasted veggies, or as a dip for crackers and veggies. Its dairy free, gluten free and candida friendly! Here is a simple recipe that you can try at home:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 cup parsley

2 tbsp chopped chives

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup filtered water

salt

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients into a blender and mix until well combined

  2. Adjust the seasoning to taste, and add more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.

  3. Store the dressing in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
