Dairy Free Chicken Salad (Candida Friendly)

Recipe:
1 cup chopped chicken (I used an organic rotisserie chicken with no added seasoning}
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/3-1/2 cup Cocojune plane coconut yogurt
garlic powder & onion powder (about 1/2 tsp I did not measure this)
salt & pepper
about 1 tbsp of lemon juice
You can also add some chopped walnuts
Mix all ingredients into a glass food container. Enjoy this with cucumbers or gluten free crackers! Store in fridge for 3-5 days.
